Veikkaus TECH, Gaming Services is looking for three new product managers. We are looking for an awesome person with a product-oriented mindset to lead and coordinate our productized gaming solutions. Your main responsibility would be to lead product management of the product category end-to-end from games over gaming system through infrastructure and operational excellence. You would be responsible of product category development roadmap and its coordination in co-operation with business owners and product development teams. Your main stakeholders are business unit product owners in Veikkaus and Fennica Gaming. 

Veikkaus has multiple gaming solutions on productization. We want to enhance our product management capabilities to be able to fulfil future business demand. This to be build-up with dedicated professionals who are passionate about the games and also conscious about the social aspects of our work. There are multiple teams working around products and we are firm believers of team-centric development. All our teams work in a self-driven manner with agile development methods. We are looking at a very bright future with lots of interesting omnichannel productization projects with new international markets too!

We expect you to have

• Experience in product management and product development
• Skill to transform long term strategic targets to concrete executable actions and follow through the implementation until a successful outcome. 
• Ability to lead the Game Studio with a growth attitude and coaching mindset. Taking good care of everyone on the team while keeping the targets and schedules.
• Business orientation and customer-centric mindset both in company internal co-operation and when working with external contacts.
• A self-starting, can-do attitude! 
• Great Finnish or English language and brilliant presentation skills.

Considered a plus 

• Expertise in product management of games; instant games / slot games / draw games
• Interest in game technologies and data driven game development
• Experience in casino/betting/lottery industry
• Experience in international business and/or product development
• Experience of organizational transformations
• Language skills
