IT trainee
We are looking for an IT trainee to join our global IT team in Espoo. You will be focusing on supporting employees with a wide variety of IT-related matters.
The desired start date is early April, can also be earlier if possible for you. This is a fixed-term position till the end of August.
Your next challenge – Key task and responsibilities:
Would you like to learn hands-on work around IT support services or are you already having experience and would like to learn more? As a Trainee in the IT Team, you will be responsible for supporting our employees in Espoo and participating in tasks of development projects.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to handle wide range of IT support activities and assist in projects. You will be working closely with our colleagues and collaborate with other teams within the company. Your daily tasks consist of IT support onsite and remotely (tickets and issues), Computer installations, Mobile phone support and User access management. You actively follow our ticketing system and organize work through the tool. Documentation updates are also part of your routines. You also need to assist employees in our meeting room IT tools.
Your experience and skills:
- Preferably 1-3 years of studies on IT area
- Good communication and documentation skills, including written and spoken Finnish and English
- You have knowledge and maybe have used M365, Windows servers and Active Directory
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in the team
