Epec is a heavily developing and growing technology company in the area of control systems, electromobility and autonomous vehicles. Now we are looking for a Sales manager to strengthen our sales globally. You can be placed in any of Epec main offices in Finland (Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio) or we can discuss other locations as well – flexible remote work is possible at Epec.

What kind of tasks?

You would be responsible for collaborating with international customers; farming the existing ones and hunting the new ones. Leading the sales projects, account management, managing internal stakeholders and forecasting future markets are also important tasks in this position. Other tasks will be P&L calculation support and participating to strategy work as well as supporting operational planning at Epec. We are offering you an international working environment and travelling is an essential part of this job.

What we expect from you?

We expect you to have an appropriate education (Master’s Degree or equivalent) and some previous working experience from international markets – previous working for some OEM is an advantage. Having some understanding of application software solutions and electronics are also advantages in this position. Travelling capability is essential and you are required to operate in English in this position – other languages are advantages (Finnish, Swedish, German, other). In addition to these we appreciate excellent negotiation skills, loyalty and an entrepreneurial attitude.
