Our company is looking for a Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) who would be responsible for managing our project portfolio and leading a team of highly competent project managers. You would be also leading and managing complex embedded control system projects for the off-highway and commercial vehicle industry based on Epec technology. You would be placed in Seinäjoki.

We expect you to have a proven track record of successfully finalized projects that include working with engineering teams focusing on mechanics, simulation, electrics & electronics and software development. Understanding of automotive development processes at Tier1 or OEM level, and IATF16949 knowledge are advantages. Close co-operation with our product management, supply chain, sales & marketing functions and customers will also be an essential part of your tasks. We expect you to have the ability to develop and implement new processes, methods and tools for project and portfolio management.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential for this position. To be successful in this position, you are required to be precise and take on an active and self-initiated work style. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and have excellent leadership skills.
