What would your day consist of?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale customer projects, ensuring their successful delivery and exceeding customer expectations. In this role, you will:

• Engage in technical discussions with our customers and team members
• Manage challenging projects with a focus on successful outcomes
• Identify and address additional sales opportunities from the customer end
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report to them regularly
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and in scope
• Create, manage, and distribute project communications, including, charters, schedules, and budgets
• Lead team through the execution of the project

We are looking for a skilled collaborator looking to learn more and help others learn so we hope you have:

• Proven project management experience in IT projects in large companies
• Understanding of the development of digital / loT solutions from the entire life cycle (design, implementation, maintenance
• Ability to handle complex and large projects effectively
• Strong understanding of technology (you do not have to be a code wizard)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for expanding knowledge within your domain
• Capacity to detect additional sales opportunities and drive business growth
• Good communication skills and fluency in Finnish (required) and English
• Experience as an Agile Coach for Agile development is a big plus
