Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Manager

for full-time employment

We are seeking for two experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Managers to join our ERP-systems team and lead our functional transformation journey from our current on-premise ERP solution to a new, modern Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The team is responsible for Veikkaus ERP systems, including finance, HR, sales and logistics. 

You will be responsible for the functional aspects of our new Oracle Cloud ERP solution. You have a solid understanding of at least one of the following Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Financials, Procurement, Sales and Service, SCM, or HCM, preferably with insight to another one of these modules as well. We have two open positions in this recruitment and the responsibilities can be further elaborated according to the most suitable candidates’ skills and experience. The ideal candidate understands how cloud-based solutions can support and enable Veikkaus’ business and will be able to design how our Cloud ERP modules are implemented to best fit the business needs, while keeping the core system lean and fit to cloud standard.

We are currently running our ERP systems based on SAP technologies but have now selected Oracle Cloud ERP as the target technology for our ERP modernization. This means that you have a unique opportunity to step into a solution manager role from the very beginning of a significant Cloud ERP implementation project, with the perfect opportunity to utilize your competency for a challenging migration. Next, we will be selecting our implementation partner so you will be able to be part of this project from the early stages.

In addition to your extensive knowhow of Oracle Cloud ERP you should be a motivated team player, who understands business needs and is capable to communicate your views to internal stakeholders and external partners.

We expect

• Very deep understanding in at least one of the following Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Financials, Procurement, Sales and Service, SCM, HCM.
• Additional experience from one or more of the other above mentioned modules is seen as a major advantage 
• Deep understanding of best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP on your functional scope
• Proven capabilities of solving complex business needs with Oracle ERP standard solutions
• Advanced skills in analyzing functional needs and documenting implemented solutions
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead functional change in a complex environment
• 7+ years of experience of Oracle ERP modules in an enterprise environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriate field of study
• Fluency in Finnish language
