Nohau Solutions is looking for a Field Application Engineer (C/C++) to join the team. We provide embedded software solution tools for our customers, and with static code analysis we ensure that the solutions function properly. In case our customers face challenges with the tools or their project, you will play a key role in the technical investigation by analyzing the software functionality, as well as by debugging and coding. Your responsibilities will also include supporting our customers with a variety of software and license matters. As you become more familiar with your role and our solutions, you will contribute to running technical workshops, trainings and presentations both at customer sites and at events. In terms of technologies, processes and environments, we mainly use C/C++, low level languages, static code analysis, debuggers and trace, IDEs, compilers VMware, Linux and Windows. 

You are the person we are looking for if you have relevant experience in embedded software development or testing with C/C++ languages. You are also familiar with the Linux-environment. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as your team in Finland and Sweden, our customers, partners and training providers, and therefore good collaboration skills are valued. Most importantly, we hope you are a self-starter willing to work in a customer interface, and you enjoy solving problems.

We hope you to have: 

• Previous experience in embedded software development or testing with C/C++
• Skills in Linux-environment
• Readiness to work in a customer interface
• Fluent communication skills in English

 We consider as a plus:

• Previous experience with static code analysis, unit testing, QA and/or debugging
• Experience in cloud environments
• Finnish and/or Swedish language skills

In this position you will be employed directly to Nohau Solutions Ab. Your team will be located in Espoo, but we give you the freedom to decide where you would like to work from. However, we hope to see you at our Espoo office at least occasionally.
