Game Producer, Game Studio

The real-money gaming market is changing rapidly, and we are expanding our Game Studio. We are looking for Game Producers to lead our game teams within Game Studio and/or work with our partner game studios. 

As a Game Producer, you will be leading a small game team where, as an integral part of the team, you will create new games in close co-operation with key stakeholders, leads and Concepts team. Your job is to keep the vision of the game crystal clear throughout the development with the team. Work is usually done with agile development methods and teams has a freedom to organize their workflow as fits them best. It is important that you lead with a coaching mindset and take good care of everyone on the team while still keeping the game project in schedule and on budget.

You can also be a Game Producer and work with our partner studios. Your main goal then is to help partners to make great real-money games with the help of our leads and Concepts team. You are an important link between key stakeholders, Studio and the partner whether the goal is to make something new or make existing games even better.

We expect from you:

• Prior experience in game development
• Good communication skills

• Prior experience with agile development methods
• Mindset for problem-solving

Considered as a plus experience or interest in real-money games & user-driven mindset.
