We are now looking for 

Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Partner for one or several of our key accounts. The Account Partner has the end-to-end responsibility for the business and relationship with the client(s) and is in charge of orchestrating the Samlink team and the ecosystem of our partners to drive profitable growth and client satisfaction within the account(s). We believe in the power of co-operation. You will have clear responsibilities, but you also get support from your colleagues and leaders. Our headquarters is in Espoo, and we also have an office in Jyväskylä. Working remotely is partly possible. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on budget – owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for selected key account(s)
  • Lead generation – proactively driving new scope and value, and minimizing erosion in the account(s)
  • Operational excellence – including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and activities to drive customer satisfaction
  • Senior advisor to customer – apply industry expertise to help customers realize value
  • Create and maintain deep client relationships and bring ’the best of Samlink’ to client through making full use of our ecosystem
  • Act as door opener to new relationships within the customer
  • Execute strong “win strategy” for new scope deals, personally lead key sales engagements
  • Owner of daily account management tasks, such as account planning and recurring status meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • Understanding and insight into emerging banking and financial services industry trends
  • Hands-on experience from account management or sales (or similar) role
  • Proven track record of leading complex sales engagements within IT industry
  • Exceptional attitude and drive, focused on achieving results and making a real impact.
  • Capability to work both English and Finnish
