Background: Yle has chosen DataMiner as a platform for new Media Service Order and Management system earlier this year. The platform will be provided by Skyline Communications. Based on the agreement between Yle and Skyline Communications, Skyline Communications is responsible for the platform software, implementation project and 3rd level support and maintenance service. This procurement: The objective for this procurement is to acquire a 2nd level support, development and maintenance service provider and long term partner for Yle regarding the new Media Service Order and Management system.
