Now we are looking for a a project management professional to strengthen our team. You can be placed in any of Epec main offices in Finland (Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio) or we can discuss other locations as well – flexible remote work is possible at Epec.

What kind of tasks?

You would be responsible for managing and leading complex machine development project where the task is to develop and test a hydrogen powered fuel cell electric mobile vehicle systems. The project involves several internal and external international and demanding stakeholders. You would be responsible for budgeting, resource & project task planning and follow, project reporting, stakeholder management and overall delivery of the agreed project management tasks and deliverables.

What we expect from you?

We expect you to have a proven track record of successfully finalized large and complex projects. You should have several years’ experience from working with large customers and partners, preferable from off-highway, automotive and/or other relevant industries. Understanding of off-highway machines, electrification and electromobility system components and technologies are advantages.

Fluent English both written and spoken, are essential for this position. To be successful in this position, you should be able to handle complex issues under complex and uncertain circumstances. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and have excellent leadership and management skills. You should be familiar to work and negotiate with people with different organizational and cultural backgrounds.
