Our R&D team is looking for a Manager who will be responsible for hands-on management and development of our FW design team’s operation. You would be placed in Seinäjoki.

As a superior of the team, you would be responsible for the team’s resources, competence development, team spirit and well-being. In this position you would participate in R&D project planning and product maintenance task allocation and scheduling in co-operation with our product management and project managers. Development of processes, tools and methods is also part of your daily tasks.  

We expect you to have several years of experience with industrial/automotive software development projects. To be successful in this position, you should have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant technical education and good knowledge about embedded software development processes, software quality assurance methods and DevOps toolchain. A good understanding of development processes according to functional safety standards is also highly preferred. Agile development methods and IATF 16949 knowledge are considered as assets. You should have good skills in English to fluently communicate with our customers, suppliers, and other partners.
