Epec is a heavily developing and growing technology company in the area of control systems, electromobility and autonomous vehicles. Now we are looking for an Autonomous System SW Developer to work full-time or hybrid hours in one of our offices in Seinäjoki, Tampere or Turku, or we can discuss other locations as well – flexible remote work is possible at Epec.

What kind of tasks?

You will be responsible for assistant and autonomous systems algorithm implementation inside Epec projects. The mobile machine environment assigns special and unique requirements for algorithms. Various projects give opportunities to specify, implement, test and verify algorithms in a real mobile machine environment. Epec customers include world leading machine manufacturers, and you will have the opportunity to work with them as part of the project team.

What we expect from you?

You can be a SW professional, automation technology expert, autonomy/robotic specialist or you have worked with autonomy related algorithm implementation, model-based design, ROS/ROS2/DDS development environment, or AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine learning) usage with moving machines.

We expect that you have an appropriate education for this job and fluent English both in speaking and writing manner. To be successful in this position the absolute must, are co-operation and interaction skills together with a can-do attitude.
