Senior Business Analyst
Valtra IT-Finland Application Team is looking for
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
DIGITALIZATION & SYSTEM INTEGRATION
to join the team in Linnavuori or in Suolahti.
In this role you will be able to work in a genuinely international environment. We are curious to seek out and develop new ideas in order to better serve our customers and employees, continuously improving what we do and how we do it. In our IT department, you will be part of AGCOs global, dynamic IT development in modern industry, working alongside experts in their field.
YOUR ROLE AND TASKS
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible to coordinate software projects in your business area. You will work in IT Finland Application Management Team and you will have a key role in global AGCO digitalization projects. You will participate to modern business digitalization projects to develop new features and to define new interfaces between systems. As part of the IT function, you are responsible to support business in your application area.
You work also as a specialist in business system integration solutions and modern digitalization projects. You are responsible for making changes to applications, designing integration solutions, and coordinating and implementing changes as part of projects. You will participate in key development projects as part of the IT Application Team and you are responsible for application development in collaboration with the people of business development engineers.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Must-haves:
- M.sc or B.sc education in computer science
- Experience of DevOps & Agile projects
- Experience of project management and ability to lead SW projects
- Software development background
- Support problem solving and ability to specify complex business requirements to FD.
- MSSQL database knowledge
- Experience of JavaScript and C#
Beneficial:
- PLC programming
- SAP Experience
