About this opportunity

Welcome to the FX Systems & Derivatives team. We add value by making sure our trading and risk applications are available to the end users and satisfy the markets ever-changing demands. As an IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in day-to-day operations as well as ongoing improvement efforts together with the developers and the product owner.

What you’ll be doing:

• Day-to-day support of production environment: helping users on the trading desk, reacting to monitoring alerts, resolving technical incidents.
• Automating repetitive work, improving monitoring, streamlining release process.
• Cooperate with the development team and the product owner on a daily basis to continuously improve the service we provide to the business
• Take part in IT projects and activities required to keep our applications compliant

You’ll join a team of IT specialists that have great technical skills and are passionate about applying them to help business achieve best results. The role is based in Helsinki/Gdansk.

Your experience and background: 

• Experience in second-line application support
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Knowledge or relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
• Knowledge of unix and windows servers
• Experience with monitoring applications
• Scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Powershell)
