UX Designer

We seek a talented UX Designer to craft digital experiences with a customer-centric and data-oriented mindset. Together with our UX and Service design, analytics, and development teams, you will design the user experience of our digital channels, conduct user research, and make validated decisions about improving our customer experience.

You would also work tightly with our business owners. Strong communication skills ensure that you can support our design transformation and help our colleagues to understand the value we are creating.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years professional experience
• Strong understanding of customer-centric and data-driven design
• Track record of creating user interfaces and visual elements for digital consumer services
• Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge and design vision for the team
• Experience in a variety of design tools and methods
• Communicate fluently in English
• Communicating in Finnish is an advantage

Job is permanent and full time.
