Project Coordinator

We are looking for a
Roll-Out Coordinator
for our client's team in Espoo. You are interested in technology and like to work in a fast paced environment with a lot of interaction with your team and stakeholders. Ideally you already have a couple of years of experience in working in global IT projects.
The selected person shall work on Experis's payroll in our client's premises in Espoo, Keilaniemi.
Tasks:
- Monitor and track the progress of a project and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Point of contact for the project and in charge of communicating regular updates to the team.
- Coordination and implementation of the projects within time, budget and agreed scope
- Solution Roll-outs:
- Preparation and hosting of Kick-off, Steering and follow-up meetings with the local team
- Training, support and guidance to the local key-users during the project
- Hypercare post go-live support
- Support the local key users during the project phase:
- As a level one and two, basic technical support functions.
- Incident analysis, troubleshooting, access control
- Guidance to the key-users on incident fixing
- Incident specification and follow-up on the bug-fixing with the development team
- Testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a rollout/training role
- Training & facilitation skills
- Can-do attitude, proactive and self-managed
- Eyes for quality
- Passionate on user experience and usability
- Organized, detail-oriented and resourceful
- The understanding on the IT Solution Development, Agile development and project management is a plus
- Prior experience with the CRM, preferably Salesforce and Android based tablet
- Good quantitative analysis skills and can translate the discussion into to-do items on the project plan
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
