We are looking for an IT Service Manager 

who can manage the Infrastructure and End User Services to support Oilon’s global business. You will work in close co-operation with Oilon Group CIO and the members of Oilon IT Support Services team.

In this role your key responsibilities will be: 

• ensuring the Oilon IT services in scope are fit for purpose and meet both legal and business requirements
• ensuring the Service Desk and On-Site Services are fit-for-purpose
• vendor management and coordination of IT Services in scope 
• SLA fulfillment and business continuity 
• managing infrastructure and roadmaps in collaboration with Oilon IT team and outsourcing partners
• defining technical requirements and specifications for upcoming implementation projects and follow-up of ongoing projects

To thrive and succeed in this role, you ideally possess the following skills and experience: 

• technology background with 5+ years of hands-on experience
• experience in Service Desk and End User Support operations, capability to plan and implement processes of On-site Support model 
• experience in Vendor coordination 
• skills to coordinate IT related changes and projects
• ability to analyze IT industry’s emerging trends and technologies and propose recommendations for implementing new technologies
• relevant technology certifications are seen as an advantage 

Since the position involves international communications, you need to have good communication skills in English and Finnish.
