We are looking for Head of IT Operations into our global IT team

As the leader of the global IT Operations team, you are responsible for Nokian Tyres’ global IT services delivered across Nordics, Central Europe and North America. You are responsible for overseeing the continuous development and delivery of the End-user, Infrastructure, Datacenter and Network services across sales offices, manufacturing sites (US, Romania and Finland) as well as Vianor’s +170 service centers. You will lead international team of talented experts, managers and partners in all Nokian Tyres regions to ensure high quality business critical services for Nokian Tyres business operations. In this position you will report to the CIO and play a significant role in the IT management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing leadership to the global IT Operations team by creating a high-performance team culture, driven by the strategic objectives and goals of the company
• Managing business relationships regarding IT operations and infrastructure
• SLA fulfillment and business continuity
• Planning and managing the entire IT services lifecycle (plan, create, deploy, use and retire)
• Managing and aligning the project portfolio with business objectives
• Managing strategic partnerships
• IT services financial management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven ability to build, develop, motivate and retain a high-performing global IT service organization
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in running effective and innovative information technology solutions
• Ability to create IT services strategy, roadmaps, competence and resource plans
• Relevant technology knowledge
• Demonstrated skills in partner management (services and solutions)
• Proven familiarity with IT industry standards and methodologies such as ITIL
• Ability to lead within a global and matrix organization
• Strong sense of urgency in delivering results
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills in English
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with constant deadlines and shifting priorities independently and effectively
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
