Game producer

We at Fennica Gaming are looking for Game Producer for full-time employment.

Fennica Gaming’s Portfolio and Product Development team takes pride in delivering first class products and solutions to our B2B customers. Each customer has unique market and regulatory specific needs, and our task is to create the best possible localized solution to satisfy them. At the same time, we ensure the efficiency of our operations by maintaining well productized configurable solutions. 

As a part of our young company and our close-knit products team you will be responsible for leading outsourced game development initiatives from initial concepting phase of games and game features to successful deliveries. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing the development of games, game features and game customizations from initial ideas to well-functioning products at customers
• Handling procurement process for the outsourced work (offer requests, decisions, contracts, invoices)
• Leading the development so that the games and features are completed within the framework of customer and business needs, goal definition and planned schedule and budget
• Ensuring the smooth co-operation of all the relevant internal and external parties during the development process and the whole lifecycle of the products

It would be great to hear from you if you have:

• Good track record in managing game projects or experience in leading other sw development of internal and external developers/teams
• Solid understanding of product development and agile working methods    
• Ability to handle many simultaneous development initiatives and talent to perform this juggling act with a positive mind 
• Good communication and interaction skills in English 
• An appropriate degree (BA/MA or similar) or otherwise acquired appropriate competence and several years of experience on product development

• Experience in casino/betting/lottery industry/iGaming
