ERP PROGRAM MANAGER

The new ERP platform is a key to implement Patria future operational model to achieve a high performance level and quality. Now we are in selection and planning phase so you can also influence on the big decisions. We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to steer and implement the large transformation program.

• have knowledge of what can be achieved with new technologies in ERP systems, for example with artificial intelligence and robotic process automation

ERP Program Manager at Patria is a position of influence, negotiation and expectation management. ERP Program Manager controls highly complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or functions and is responsible for creating and running the whole ERP program. In this role you oversee selection and implementation of the ERP solutions and services, and drive continuous improvement to business processes and business results. You steer the actual ERP projects including project planning, project execution and resource allocation and manage the relationships between all stakeholders inside and outside the organization. 

In order to succeed in this position, you need strong experience (at least 5-10 years) in similar roles combining ICT solutions and industry needs in an international organization. You need the ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation. As a person you have excellent negotiation and decision-making skills in addition to change management skills in intercultural environment. The position requires the knowledge of both Finnish and English languages. The ERP Program Manager reports to the CIO of Patria Group.

The location of the job is either Tampere or Helsinki. Our offices are located at Hatanpää, near the center of Tampere, and in the middle of central Helsinki. Full-time remote work is not possible in this position due to the security reasons.
