Business Security Director, Managed Solutions

We are looking for an experienced security professional to run and further develop Managed Solutions Information Security Management System (MS ISMS). In this role, you are a key player in further enhancing Digia’s business security competences and company brand as a trusted partner. You will achieve this by implementing and developing security policies, protocols and procedures as described in Digia Infosec (CSO), MS ISMS and ISO27001 standard.

Key responsibilities in this role are

• Running the operations of MS ISMS according to the Year Clock
• Leading a virtual team of DG Delivery Security Manager’s to achieve a more unified ISMS throughout Managed Solutions
• Strategic planning of operations and development project based on business plan and client requirements
• Further develop security operations, policies, and their documentation to maintain a high level of security readiness.
• Developing a more centralised MS ISMS function, where as many repeated tasks in DGs as possible are consolidated to MS level
• Support delivery groups in their contract negotiations and service deliveries in security.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to agreed targets in MS operations
• Active leadership in incident management processes supported by Digia CSO

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related subject
• More than 4 years’ experience in a security leadership role
• Deep understanding of security compliance issues and requirements especially in the public sector domain (KATAKRI, PITUKRI, etc)
• Strong, demonstratable leadership skills in a complex organisation of multiple stakeholders
• Experience in working in a client facing role in security
• Evidence of experience in developing strategic plans and related multi-year roadmaps
• Understanding of ISO27001 and capability to apply it in a way that creates competitive advantage
• Experience from working in other sectors than public, preferably in Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English
