Cloud Developer Summer Trainee

to develop highly scalable cloud-based applications using state-of-the-art software and web technologies with us!

You will work with our talented product development team in charge of the Basware Purchase-to-Pay enterprise applications. You will assist in coding, testing, bug fixing and documenting. The development team oversees the building of responsive, high-performance user experience for our cloud-based enterprise applications, accessed by over a million users across the globe.

Our stack:

.NET/C#, HTML5 / Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Oracle, AWS cloud.

Our cloud applications are hosted on top of AWS Public Cloud and are used by our clients all around the world. We develop our applications by using technologies like .NET, Angular and Python. We use the following state-of-the-art tools to develop and deliver applications into production: Git, Bitbucket Server, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bamboo, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Docker. We also follow the modern DevOps culture in the everyday work we do and utilize DevOps practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery in building our Microservice-based applications.

Who we are looking for

• 2-3 years of studies in Software Engineering or another relevant field
• Hands-on experience in developing programs using some of the following languages or technologies: C#, HTML5, JavaScript, Python, SQL
• Understanding of software development and testing methods and concepts
