We at Clevry are looking for an IT-support to our client Musti Group. In this position you will have a chance to be part of Group IT team to focus on IT support for stores and offices group wide. Position is full-time and located in Käpylä, Helsinki. Contract is fixed-term until end of July 2022 via Clevry but there might be possibility for continuation. The starting date is as soon as suitable candidate is found. 

A typical workday starts at Käpylä office by scratching office dog and solving a couple of issues with your office colleague’s laptops. Next stop might be at the store where you’ll replace one broken POS. In addition, you’ll give support for store personnel and help them to make excellent customer service both at store and online channels. Is this a day at work you would enjoy? If you say yes, you might be the person we are looking for!

Key responsibility in this position is the remote support for the office and store people. With Musti Group’s wide store network (around 300 stores), it is vital to have excellent communication, co-operation and facilitation skills. Incident and problem management are the core of your daily tasks. We appreciate pragmatic, down to earth, hands-on way of working and experience in retail and online business in a multinational environment. Fluent language skills in Finnish and English is needed, Swedish language is a big plus.

• Previous relevant work experience in IT-support
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English, proficiency in Swedish is an advantage
• Experience in supporting and managing Windows server and workstation environments
• Driving license
