We at Clevry are looking for an IT Manager for our client Piceasoft. The position is full-time with a permanent contract. You will be hired directly for Piceasoft. The start date for this position will be as soon as possible. 

As an IT Manager you will ensure that internal company IT infrastructure and external AWS cloud services work smoothly. To be successful in this role, you must possess solid domain competencies and experience in IT infrastructure as well as cloud services. Cloud and IT Infrastructure contains services related to Microsoft 365, AWS, Jira, GitLab, GitHub, and access control etc. You will be responsible for company’s information security and privacy and ensure that those are considered in the product development and other operations. You will manage security audits and reviews and coordinate the certifications together with the team. You will keep security knowledge up-to-date actively and always seek areas to improve.

Piceasoft is a Finnish company, located in Tampere. Since it was founded in 2012, Piceasoft has created a unique set of software solutions to cover the whole lifecycle of mobile devices. With these products, customers can transfer and erase consumer data, analyze device condition and value and manage trade-in, insurance and recycling. Main tasks 

• Maintain the agreed service level of internal company IT infrastructure together with internal team and external suppliers
• Develop further internal IT infrastructure and cloud services
• Responsible for company’s IT support for internal users
• Manage company’s IT purchases and catalog including laptops, servers, monitors, services etc.
• Develop and maintain of company’s information security management system (e.g. identity and access management, security monitoring, cloud security, audits)

We expect

• Strong knowledge and experience of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of the management of security and privacy activities with proven track record
• Experience in IT sourcing and vendor management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and lead by example
• Good communication skills, fluent in English (both speaking/writing), Finnish language is preferred, but not mandatory
