Exove is now looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen the team of five DevOps professionals! 

As a DevOps Engineer you get to focus on the DevOps side of our customer projects, enabling the development team to work efficiently. The customer projects vary from web solutions and self service portals to native mobile applications and realtime big data visualisations. Read more about the success stories of our customer cases.

As a DevOps Engineer, your tasks would include e.g. setting up client environments in Linux-based virtualization platforms and in the cloud, troubleshooting issues in the client environments and helping developers and customers in their DevOps related challenges. In addition to the customer projects, you would participate in developing internal DevOps practicalities such as the architectural design of our cloud platforms. The role can be adjusted according to your background and skills. You can focus on areas such as cloud, server maintenance, virtualization, test automation and CI/CD. We work with agile methodologies and utilize technologies like Linux, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. We have offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu and Tallinn, but you can also work fully remotely. However, we hope you have preparedness to visit customer sites occasionally, if needed. 

We hope you to have: 

• Few years of experience in relevant DevOps-tasks
• Experience in Linux-environment (e.g. with Linux server maintenance)
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills as well as preparedness to work in client interface
• Fluent English language skills 

We consider as an asset: 

• Skills in some of the above-mentioned tools and technologies 
• Relevant educational background
• Fluent Finnish language skills
