eeedo is a self-funded and fast growing SaaS-company located in Tampere. eeedo’s product, eeedo desk is a multichannel customer service software that connects all communication channels into one tool. The product helps to create the best customer experience already at Onnibus.com, Veikkaus, SRV and Olvi and other major companies. In Finland, our software is sold by Elisa as part of their offering.

eeedo is now looking for a FullStack Developer to join their team of 10 professionals. In this versatile role, you’ll be developing eeedo’s product, eeedo desk, along with your teammates. Your final responsibilities will be determined by your experience and interests, but on a day to day basis you will be focusing on product development, fixing minor bugs reported by our customers and supporting your team. As the team is quite small, you will be a key player in all stages of software development. Currently, our main tech stack includes: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Redux, MySQL, RabbitMQ. We develop our infrastructure with a DevOps approach. 

You are the person we are looking for if you have a passion for software development and you want to join our skillful team of experts. You might already have a few years of working experience in the field, or you can be a self-taught programmer who has gathered relevant skills through personal projects. Either way technologies like Node.js, TypeScript and React are already familiar to you, and you might also have some database and DevOps experience. We hope that you are able to take action independently but also that you aren't afraid to ask for help from your teammates when facing a dead end. Most importantly you are the person we are looking for if you want to develop your skills versatilely and have fun while doing it!

What we hope you to have: 

-A few years of relevant experience in software development

-Good skills in some of the technologies in our stack, especially Node.js, TypeScript and React

-Willingness to work and collaborate in a team

-Solution oriented approach and mindset with a constant desire to learn more

-Fluent English skills 

What we count as an additional plus:

-Previous relational database experience (e.g. MySQL)

-Previous experience in DevOps practices and tools, especially working with Kubernetes platform

-Finnish language skills
