As we continue to grow rapidly, fueled by innovation and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a new Senior Product Marketing Manager to enhance our dynamic marketing team and spearhead our product marketing based in Finland or Sweden.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our iPaaS product, sales, and marketing teams. You be heavily involved in the go-to-market strategy, iPaaS product positioning, and messaging, ensuring our product’s value is clearly communicated to our target audience. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment. Visiting our Stockholm, Sweden, or Espoo, Finland office is required on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target customers. Collaborate with Product Management to craft clear value propositions, effectively communicating Frends’ benefits to target audiences.
• Go-to-Market Strategy for SaaS: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales, technical teams like product management and engineering, and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials. Drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns and product education, ensuring feedback loops from customers to improve product positioning and address pain points.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness, refining go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and positioning for optimal results.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in product marketing in a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies fo SaaS, product positioning, and customer segmentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
• A passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-first mentality
• Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.
• Living in Sweden or Finland with a requirement to visit our Stockholm or Espoo office on a weekly basis.

Additional Information

• You will report to the Chief Marketing officer based in the Stockholm office.
• The role will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
• The role is a full-time permanent position.
