Our primary goal is to find a person with strong cross-platforms skills like React Native and a passion for mobile development. People who are creative problem solvers and have attitude to make an impact with clients. We don't want a very narrow-focused person who only wants to work on one platform, but rather a developer with an interest in beautifully written code and great quality apps. Having experience from native Android and iOS development or modern web development would be a great plus, since the situations and needs change quickly in today’s business environment.

We come from all over the world. Our work environment is international even though our culture is built on Nordic roots. We have 32 different nationalities in our Helsinki office, and 23% of us are non-Finnish. If at some point you start feeling that a longer stint at one of our international offices sounds interesting, there are plenty of opportunities for that too, for example through our expat programmes.
