Sales Executive - Espeo Software (Remote: Finland or Sweden)

With new projects coming in, we're? seeking experienced Sales Executive to join our Finnish Team. You are going to work with our Finnish and other Nordic clients together with our international team in Poland, where our head office is located. Your working place will be in Finland or Sweden. You should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy helping clients with a consistent desire to learn. You are going to discuss with the potential clients about their business needs and we translate those into solutions that will have a business impact. Your focus will be to support our clients from all over the world, and from many different industries.

Responsibilities:
- Current Clients: Taking care of a set of named key clients; Building and developing relationships; Interacting with clients and attending business event; Working on several levels with the prospects and clients
- New Clients: attending meetings with the potential clients; Prospecting for new clients (via telephone, email, social media); Identifying key buying influencers within the prospects; Generating, reviewing, contacting and qualifying leads
- Internal cooperation: working with marketing and delivery teams; Formulating and developing proposals and preparing estimates with the delivery team.
- Sales: Selling of customized digital solutions, Coordination of the process.

As a Sales Executive we expect you to:
- Be native speaker in Swedish and Finnish
- Be fluent in English, which is our company language
- Have an experience or strong interest in the IT/new technologies sector
- Have an excellent interpersonal skills (feel comfortable speaking to C-level executives)
- Be not afraid of calling - be ready for direct contact with a client
- Have an excellent networking skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Have an ability to deliver the highest standards of client service
- Have a proven experience in account management
- Be experienced in B2B sales
- Have a result driven motivation
