You love to create accessible web applications. A browser is not just a rendering tool, it's your medium of choice. You can position yourself in frontend, backend or somewhere in between. You know how to build a smooth single-page app from the ground up in e.g. React, Vue, or Angular. You know what it takes to have your client talk with a back-end over GraphQL or a REST API, and even create one when needed. You're no stranger to HTML and CSS, or looking up DOM elements and setting breakpoints in Chrome's DevTools. You know how to minify, bundle, and get your code running on e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure.

You like to keep yourself up-to-date on the latest happenings in the web development scene. You've probably come across technologies such as Redux, Elm, TypeScript, RxJS, Cycle.js or Purescript. Maybe you've even tried running your app on React Native to see how it compares to the web. You might feel right at home with Node.js and PostgreSQL, or perhaps you're accustomed to building Scala backends. You can appreciate high-quality web craftsmanship, good open-source libraries and tools and might have published a Node module or contributed to one.

We have some super cool international projects with teams consisting of people from our different sites across Europe. These projects are for our exciting multinational clients, for example automotive companies in Germany or an airline in Northern Europe. Working in these cross-site teams doesn’t mean that you need to travel abroad weekly – rather once a month for a few days (that is, if you want to).

If at some point you start feeling that a longer stint at one of our international offices sounds interesting, there are plenty of opportunities for that too, for example through our expat programmes. During the expat period you can continue growing your core tech competence in one of our more mature office e.g. in Berlin or Munich or if you feel like it, you can try some completely new roles in one of our newly established offices which are more in a start-up mode e.g. in Stuttgart

What matters in the end, is being able to solve your customers' problems elegantly, continuously learn new things, challenge yourself, and have fun while doing it.
