Aibidia is a start-up on a mission to revolutionize transfer pricing. Our cloud-based platform helps companies, advisors and tax authorities optimize all aspects of transfer pricing, from documentation to analytics. Aibidia’s experts in tax and cloud software have developed the #1 digital transfer pricing solution in the market, rapidly gaining international clients from across a wide range of industries.

Aibidia is now looking for a full-time Quality & Release Manager to join their growing and ambitious team in Helsinki! In this role you will be part of the R&D team of 20 people, directly working with Aibidia’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the entire Product Development Team.

As a Quality & Release Manager your main contribution will be to help Aibidia establish reliable release management and increase the overall quality of the release projects. You will work very closely at the intersection of Product, owning the specification of our features and Development being responsible for quality code. In this role, we do not expect you to be a software developer. Instead you and your colleagues will make sure that code will be tested and implementation delivers expected value and that this knowledge can then be deployed in line with Aibidia's ambitious release plan. Your role is to bring together developers and customer facing roles to verify new functionalities and to monitor and develop overall release planning & quality assurance. You will also test features end-to-end and make sure quality standards are met and the software is robust.

Right candidate for this role is a dynamic, customer and sales oriented person. You have previously worked for instance in software development projects as a link between clients and product development or have worked in software development with a strong quality and customer focus.

We hope you to have:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, e.g. in business, engineering or computer science
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in software development projects or comparable
• Understanding of product development from specifications to production deployment
• Understanding of DevOps processes & technology works full stack
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
