We are now looking for a Product Owner, Sales and Service Cloud to work with us at our IT department in Helsinki. Our mission is to create business value via IT service excellence. Your next challenge
In this role, your main focus will be on ensuring that our selected IT tools form an optimal solution for efficient sales and customer service management. You need to learn to understand well what the business stakeholders want to achieve and how they operate, and you need to be able to translate that into requirements and IT solution functionalities. Sometimes it means new development, sometimes it means supporting business to utilize existing solutions in an optimal way.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the overall product management and development for our Salesforce platform, and you will also act as our main technical contact towards the vendors of the tools we use. You will work with IT development and maintenance teams as well as business people in all segments – it will be a great opportunity to learn about Telia and telco business across different organizations and functions! You will ensure that our sales and service management solutions serve business with the highest quality, today and in the future.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in IT development and management. You must have a proven track record in process and IT system development, and we expect you to work well in a multi-site cross-border team and with wide range of stakeholders. We anticipate good Salesforce skills and you must be able to conduct your work fluently both in English and Finnish.
Additionally, you need to have a deep knowledge and understanding on sales and service management processes and the related IT tools and solutions (CRM, Salesforce sales cloud, Salesforce service cloud, Web Services, APIs).
We are using a development framework based on SAFe 4.5. Therefore, you should have at least basic understanding and some hands-on experience in working according to agile methodologies.
