Taimer is looking for a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team.
A great match for us would be a customer service and sales minded young professional, someone who want´s to be part of a great SaaS company in the process of going global.
As Customer Success Specialit your role is all about creating a great customer journey through chat, live demos, customer interactions and optimizing help center tools.
A must for this position is excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills - in Swedish, Finnish and English.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You are integral part of our sales and customer service flow and your job responsibilities will include:
- Customer chat and sales support
- Live customer web demos
- Working with our lead generation team contacting identified leads
- Develop and manage on-boarding materials, help center articles
- Creation of tutorial videos
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Sales or Technical education (BBA, College, University)
- Earlier experience of customer service
- Understanding basics of running business
- Sales- and problem solving skills/attitude
- Proof of problem solving situations / proactive
- Experience of teamwork
- CRM/ERP previous experience
- Good interaction skills and experience working with people
- Fluent Swedish & English
